HR documentation
Properly drafted HR documentation sets out what organisations and their staff can expect from each other.
When considering HR documentation most people would only think of drafting a contract of employment, but there is so much more to it than that.
What should be done if an employee raises a grievance? How should sickness absence be dealt with? How should poor performance be addressed? How will concerns regarding conduct be tackled?
All of these questions, and many others, can be answered by having policies and procedures which explain what will happen and the steps involved. Such documentation can serve to reassure employees that they will be treated fairly as any action taken should be in accordance with the policy.
Common HR documentation is:
A contract of employment
A grievance procedure
A disciplinary procedure
A Capability procedure
Much of our HR documentation can be provided at a fixed fee. Alternatively those items can be purchased as part of our retained HR packages.
